Fundraising, Sponsorship Proposals and Contracts

Motivating People partners have the expertise to implement sponsorship programs that leverage existing partnerships and/or restructures company portfolios to achieve business and marketing objectives, together with specific benefits and a Return on Investment for the sponsor.

In an increasingly competitive marketplace, potential sponsors are being bombarded with requests for support. A successful proposal is only the tip of the iceberg – much work needs to be done in advance, matching the needs of both those wanting the support with those that could have the capacity – before a presentation can be prepared.

A successful sponsorship is a partnership between all parties. The contract needs to be thoroughly examined and understood so that the conditions, the milestones and the results are fully understood. This can be a time consuming and somewhat clinical process but the end result will be extremely successful, exceeding expectations, regardless of the size of the sponsorship package.

While the sponsorship leveraging must be measured, it is not always about cash support. Motivating People will discuss a wide range of other opportunities that can bring added value to the sponsorship property and provide additional ROI to the sponsor.
